I love their coffee and their customer service! All the girls there are nice and wonderful. They are also super patient with me when I ask them to slightly tweak their recipes for their coffees and red bull drinks to fit my tastes and allergy lists... If you love their carmel ribbon ask them to turn it into a mocha by adding chocolate sauce and for a extra pick me up add death wish shots!!! Amazing!!!!

Always friendly service and great quality product. The prices are a bit high for some of the beverages (typical coffee shop prices, which are always insanely high for some simple stuff). I stop here on occasion when I want to treat myself, and because of the premium price don't go here very often (I'm not rich). However, the service has always been friendly and on point. They'll even help you figure out what you want, based upon what you're in the mood for. This is great because their menu is huge and I don't know Italian, or French, or whatever the language is that they use to name the drinks. They translate coffee to Americano for me. It would be nice to just order coffee and not be looked at wierd though, but that's every coffee shop. Funny how regular coffee is the one thing that you can't get at most coffee shops....lol.

I absolutely love their coffee. It doesn't taste burnt like some of the chain coffee shops. Elephant ears and cheese zombies...come on!!!! How could you not stop! The Cool Toddy I believe it's called is a favorite of mine.
